We use it to answer, price postage, pack the parcel, and label it. We do not sell these details or add you to a list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep the emails while the order is in progress and for a follow-up about that parcel. You can ask us to delete an older message at info@petty-things.online.

Who else sees it

The carrier sees the name and address on the label. We do not pass your list to anyone else for marketing.

This website

The site does not set tracking cookies and does not ask you to create an account.

Correcting a detail

Email info@petty-things.online if you want a copy of what we hold from your messages, or if an address should be corrected before a parcel is posted.
