Include these lines
The address
Name, street, town, and postcode for the label.
A date, if one matters
Say if the parcel needs to leave before a particular day. We will say if that collection is realistic.
When the desk is open
Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Messages after 17:00 or at the weekend are read the next working morning.
We reply to the email address you typed. If the postcode is missing, that is the first thing we will ask for.
If the parcel has a problem
Reply on the same email and include the delivery postcode. If the box has not left Doncaster, we can still change the address. If it has been collected, we can only pass on the reference we were given.
